Dr. Rousso is internationally renowned for his work in Facial Plastic Surgery. He limits his practice to performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face. The focus of his practice constitutes Facelifts, Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and Rhinoplasty (Nasal Plastic Surgery). Dr. Rousso also dedicates a significant portion of his practice to Hair Replacement Surgery. Dr. Rousso utilizes both contemporary and time-tested techniques to achieve natural surgical results. Procedures including “Mini Lifts”, Endoscopic Face Lifting, Mid-Face Lifting, Minimal Incision Rejuvenation and Facial Implants combine to achieve optimal results. Dr. Rousso is Board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery, American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgery and the American Board of Hair Replacement Surgery. Dr. Rousso received his training at the Medical College of Georgia, the Medical University of South Carolina (Charleston), Emory University, and Fellowship Training in Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Rousso remains dedicated to teaching others the artistry of facial plastic surgery through his lectures at Seminars as well as being the Director of a Fellowship Training Program sponsored by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Koch received a doctorate of dental medicine from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry where he received the American Association of Endodontics Achievement Award, the Prosthetics Society Achievement Award, and Clinical Production Awards. He also received a certificate of Oral Implantology from Loma Linda University. Dr. Koch is a lifetime qualified member of the Crown Council, an organization in which he was awarded the Individual Achievement Award in 2002 and the Mastermind Group of the Year Award in 1999. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In his spare time, Dr. Koch enjoys playing tennis, golfing, sailing, mountain biking, scuba diving, skiing, singing in his church, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Nicolina have a son and a daughter and live in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.
